ABOUT THIS PROCESS

Founded in 2011, the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) serves as the unofficial fourth tier of the U.S. Soccer pyramid. With over 900+ teams competing across its Premier, Division 1, A-League, Academy, and Women’s divisions, the UPSL is the largest Semi-Pro Pro League in North America.

UPSL is running a structured evaluation of the technology platform that will power its operations into the next era. The process is led by GEXA, focused on the league's core operational pillars, and informed by direct discovery across UPSL conferences, clubs, and leadership.

Vendors and partners with capabilities aligned to the modules below are invited to submit an inquiry. Responses inform a focused evaluation phase that includes scoped demos, scoring against a leadership-weighted rubric, and a final platform recommendation.
